Ezreal and Jayce are pretty much the only champs that regularly buy it.

The only champs that can utilise it well would be AD casters with spammable abilities like Pantheon, Lucian, Lethality Varus etc.

Because the passive of manamune applies on-hit, a rageblade and manamune Tiger stance Udyr build is viable.

It can be used in a lot, but right now is only good on Ezreal, the days of Jayce with Muramana are gone.
