Is Kai'Sa balanced?

I'm asking to know the views of the community. There are some games where she gets shit on in a lane and after and she just starts to snowball. In my eyes, she has become (before the "nerfs"). She just needs her team to have a shit ton of CC and then she can take half my HP.

I think Kai'sa is Balanced. Her power mostly scales with Player-to-Player coordination and playing her solo is VERY difficult, but it is just as rewarding.

Maybe I am Biast because I love her and intend to main her, But her power is compensated by requiring the most nonexistent skill in LoL. Working with your team
