So I went 15-4-14 with 227 cs in a 40 minute game and only got A+ as 
. I was just wondering how I didn't get at least an S- since Im working towards mastery 7 Orianna, or the minimum requirements. I was thinking maybe I didn't get enough CS or vision score, or something like that. Help plz

I only see one game in your match history with over 30 kills on Veigar. 37/9/15. Your CS was 185 in a 43 minute game. That CS isn't just below average. That is actually really terrible. CS will weigh more heavily than your KDA in most cases. Vision score also helps a TON
Pandemic Punch1 votesYou can go 6-4-10 and still get an S rank. KDA isn't weighed as heavily as CS and warding. I don't know the other stats that are taken into consideration but I have seen players get negative KDA's get S ranks. Typically when they buy like 11 control wards and end up warding more than the Support while maintaining a reasonable amount of CS.
227 CS in a 40 minute game is pretty bad. That is weighing heavily against you, and I am willing to bet that your warding score was pretty low too. KDA isn't everything. 95% of the time I see these threads, the answer is always CS. For reference, I played a 
game earlier today and got 237 CS in a 29 minute game. EVEN THAT CS could be a lot better, but is still higher than 227 CS in eleven less minutes.
