wasnt until i was playing shyvana that i realized how stupid it really is, cant even catch him with ulti, w, slow smite and phage.

I think you have to play around his earlier shots to catch him. The fourth is his downtime and only has to run haha
If he doesn't run he has 1 second before attacking again.
Kiting keeps Jhin alive, though that speed is indeed obnoxious and hard to play against.
it indeed is super annyoing. you cant hit him with skillshit cc ugh. But then Jhin is other than that super immobile and then he has only 4 shots. Try catching him when he has to reload
