East gets 20-40 ping West coast gets 75+

Thank you riot I really enjoy your game Im usually on stable 78 ms but just now in a game its really unstable between 80-82 keep bouncing and it makes it super hard to play so much delay anyone have a fix?
How do people with low ping play terribly aswell you would think they would be insane to high ping players lul. I believe I have good mechanics for high ping. Unlucky wish servers were still in portland didnt start playing till s7 tho :(
