Teemo's actual position

Through the whole LoL game experience I was playing mostly Teemo (5 year already). And I really know how he feels in every season here and there. I will not complain about how he outpowered and sometimes completely useless comparing to other laners in actual meta, cause he is not. Even when he got outplayed and destroyed on lane he still brings map awareness and tons of dot damage that will be more likely most of the damage in the end of the game from both of the team. But still. He lacking opportunity to carry games. He is not that champion like Riven or Irelia or Ahri or Lb etc. Even when he got FB and got roaming to other lanes and pushing hard and got even fed - he can't deal enormous damage later like all meta bruisers or AP/AD-carries can. He still just relying on planting shrooms and praying that people will not completely shut down his only reliable spell by one red trinket for 250 gold. Wich actually what people do buying at the end of the game when they against Teemo. SO. I feel myself more and more annoyed by the fact that I need to do MY VERY BEST to be usefull to other members of my team. when their toppers or midder can be just their picks nothing more. And when team loses or feeling struggle they ALWAYS looking at me and starting to question why did I pick Teemo instead of <more_useful_champion_name>. SO I wonder when you guys will rework him so he would stop being annoying for both team? I really looking towards your last reworks of everything and also wonder if there will be Visual Update soon since u got new rig and model for his new skin.
