@Riot A Question Regarding Singed and his interaction with Dark Seal.

Riot last night (1-22-2016) I had a game where I was versing an enemy Singed (as GP- got to love first pick) and while I know my champions strengths I found it hard to deal with the Singed's build. He built a total of 4 dark seals over the span of eight minutes and while I know its the popular Singed build right now I feel the strength it has is a little bit Overpowered. Because in the time it takes me to build one 1 (Trinity Force which I know is expensive) he was getting stronger with 4 simple items that made him super tanking. I know the mana gives him more health but I feel the item is too good on him. Could I get your thoughts? Note while I may be a little upset that I felt helpless in lane against him I just find it odd that 1 champ can gain so much power for building 4 low costing items with no draw backs.

You shouldn't be winning lane against Singed anyway. Lane phase is what he's all about. His teamfighting is terrible so he's allowed to be a master in lane.

But that isn't what my question is about I know I can't beat him in the landing phase I'm just curious as to why he can get 4 dark seals that works well with his passive and becoming so strong from it.

The actual answer to your question is simply "because his kit is old".

Mana items are constantly changing, and are based around mages. Singed's passive that grants tankiness based off mana was for a time back when mages built mana regen and Banshees Veil gave mana.

Singed doesn't need a rework but he probably needs a new passive.

The passive that increases healing from potions stack with itself too, so 4 Dark Seals gives Singed 200% healing from Corrupting Potion.

While I understand that a champs kit is old it seems unhealthy that one champ champ can abuse such a cheap item that gives better stats than most 1200 gold costing ad items. And isn't dark seal supposed to be a high risk high reward item? Seems odd that most singed players that get it often don't lost their stacks. That's just my opinion though. I hope the interaction between these two get some changes in the near future.
