Am I the only one around here who thinks Zed doesn't need a nerf? The only thing I could maybe get behind is change to his ult. I once read someone suggesting that he can only go back his shadow if he kills his target. Something along those lines sounds goods. However, an overall nerf just isn't needed right now. (imo)

All it says is "nerf Zed". Riot has stated before that bland statements like this never get read (or if they do get read, they get ignored). You have to actually highlight the points that make Zed annoying to play against. You need to back up a complaint like "Zed needs nerfs" with evidence. And saying "well look at him! he's clearly OP!" isn't enough. You need to provide an actual well thought-out argument.
Things like: Zed has too much range with too much mobility in his kit. He get's one of the longest range harass combos in the game (that can be cast infinitely about every 20 seconds in lane), along with a 550 range dash. It's downright impossible as a jungler to gank this guy because he's not only standing far away throwing shurikens by his turret, he's also got his shadow to teleport to if you do jump on him (and then his shadow does the shadow slash and you get slowed, adding insult to injury).
His assassination combo is way too safe. While it is well telegraphed (the laughing, the 3 shadows, the big red X mark on your Ashe) which makes it very easy to press E as Soraka on top of your ADC to stop him, he can easily pump out over 1000 damage on an ADC within a tenth of a second then immediately teleport away to the safety of his backline.
You should also offer solutions to issues (complaining without proposing solutions is whining after all), such as: Re-scale the damage of Razor Shuriken. Currently, units hit by Shuriken take 60% base damage (except for the first target hit, who takes 100%). Why not make it scale like Sivir Boomerang blade (Or Ezreal Trueshot barrage) where it reduces in damage by some flat 10-20% down to a minimum base % (like 50%) based on the number of targets the projectile goes through.
Reposition the shadow in Death mark (or add a delay before being able to return to the shadow). It currently spawns at Zed's cast location giving him a free escape after he goes in, and he still gets to cast W to get out after that. Make it spawn somewhere else, perhaps closer to where Zed lands after coming out of untargetability.
Maybe I've just never gone against a really good Zed, but he doesn't typically post a huge threat IMO.
When he's up against a mid laner who can 100-0 him early, he's forced to rush Hexdrinker which delays the items he'd normally buy. As for "he never needs to back because of energy", almost every champion rarely backs because of mana. Most people are driven out of lane due to being low on HP, and spammy mana-reliant champions are designed in a way that makes Grail a core item on them anyway and get blue buff from their jungler which means they don't have to back anymore, so that's not a strong argument.
Of course he can just "shadow away" - just like Kat can just "ward hop" away, Ahri can just "dash 3 times" away, Morg can just "black shield", Annie can just "stun", Kayle can just "press R", Akali can just "shroud", LeBlanc can just "distortion", I mean what's the issue? If a champ has an ability that makes them hard to kill, you simply wait for them to use that ability and then capitalize once it's on CD.

Now while he is still very, very strong, rejoice in the fact that the meta did nerf him, so that's cool.

Another zed qq thread.... Quit whining riot is not nerfing zed because he is balanced. Try playing as zed when you are behind, cannon minions are more useful.
