Riot, Please Change Heimer

Heimer is a cancer in this game right now, right up there with Azir.

I don't care if he's weak in team fights, doesn't scale well in the late game, etc. No one should have to waste the first 20 mins of their match sitting at their tower infuriated at the fact there is nothing they can do in lane. Your jungle can't help because Heimer if he even dies at all, almost 99.99% trades a kill with either you or the jg so it's fruitless.

No champion should be designed around the fact they are unstoppable in lane phase. It's toxic, and it isn't fun for anyone.
