Any way to turn off the smartcast range indicator for Viktors' "E" and Rumbles' "R"?

I've been playing a lot of Viktor lately, and I noticed that even when I turn off line missile display and smart cast range indicators, it still shows up when smartcasting the laser.

I know there was a time where you could smartcast these without the indicator. The indicator makes it feel really unresponsive since the spell casts on release of the key rather than a quick tap and flick.

**Any way to turn this off? ** EDIT: I've looked a couple other threads, and I tested in a bot game. Every other spell does not smartcast on release, so the unchecked "Display range indicators when using Quick Cast" button works for all the other spells, but not these two.
