Fixing Ranked And Placement Positions

Okay, I have to vent to you Riot. I've been a loyal player for 4 years and I know when I first started ELO was really hard to play ranked with. Then you guys added these divisions. I just finally went 7-3 in provisional and was placed in Bronze V. I just want to say that this is complete and utter bullshit. A lot of these games, I don't even do bad, its usually the team I'm on and I think there should be rank based on how you play not on the team players who don't want to play roles, or don't understand the concept of the game. I'm a very patient person but I do not agree that I should be based off of my last season and the fact that I did so good in my provisional. Please FIX this problem for the future.
