Don't build
, get a
or
.
Use
, not
. Taliyah has a lot of mobility and range, you shouldn't get caught in the first place, especially not with a Rylai.
You want to aim for this inventory:
or
Then you go for
or
. Depending on what you are fighting.
for tanks,
for squishies.
You don't need more tankiness than
+
with a Taliyah.
As for that game itself, your team needed more objectives. You only had 2 towers and they came very late.
Other than that, I doubt your team could have won. They had much more scaling and the longer the game lasted, the stronger they would become.
Both Sejuani and Vayne are hyper scaling champions.
I feel like I'd be too squishy with that kind of build. I've tried it before when Taliyah first came out, but my performance became very inconsistent because of how damage oriented I was, making it harder to survive once I've started to peel in teamfights/skirmishes. Extra speed and resistances helped me avoid unnecessary damage while still slowing and doing fair amounts of damage.
About the Kage's Lucky Pick line over Ancient Coin, I feel like that ties into consistency too. If I can't poke because my ADC plays too passively, then I'd be in a tough spot. I guess I could've taken a risk to get ahead, but that's kind of out of my reach anyways lol.
