yes it does.
especially on a champ like teemo who requires very little mechanical skill, and your performance is almost entirely decided by your decision making abilities and game knowledge.
you have to be shit to sit in bronze. srry, but its the truth. b2 is far below even the average skill level of a player in this game. no one is gonna care about some guide by someone who didnt even grasp the basic concepts of the game.
you shouldnt be writing guides when you still need them yourself. it just makes you look stupid.
