Pings are for fucking communication, and urgency, when I ping its because I want you to know something and do something. They aren't annoying. If it REALLY annoys you that bad, then mute them and actually look at your minimap for once. Learn to play NA and EUW. Every other server has realized by now that spam pings are almost essential. I have to spam because psychologically you won't question it for 5 minutes if I spam them, you will just react. Thats how your brain works.

Also, stop playing your flashy champions, you don't know league of legends the GAME well enough to make it worth it to handicap your learning of GENERAL LEAGUE OF LEGENDS by trying to learn a champion that is WAY WAY above your tier anyway. Play annie, ashe, soraka, garen/malphite, warwick/evelynn to diamond, then you should learn your flashy champions that you didn't have the mechanics to take advantage of in the first place.

You cannot mute pings.

And pinging more than once is incredibly annoying.

And I know personally, if someone spams pings to me, I will deliberately ignore them.

Generally if they can type what they want to tell me in the time frame they take to spam pings, there's a problem.

Typing requires you to take your hand off the mouse, pings exist to communicate urgent information without losing control of your champion. Do you really think its optimal to stop control, type "baron because 2 dead, sit in bush, cc anyone who comes and ill kill" instead of ping baron 3 times, then ping AWAY from baron, and ping the bush 3 times. Takes 2 seconds to do the latter and I can keep looking at minimap and whats going on.

Theres a problem because NA players don't really want to win or improve. they are lazy #1 foremost at every single level of play. And cannot accept being anything but correct, even without doing the work to be correct.

The higher you go in elo, even in NA, people are more accepting to pings, but not enough. It says a lot when I can ping someone once in Bronze and they completely flip out even though they don't look at minimap and die 2 seconds later. Then the higher I get on this acc people are getting slightly better about it but not even in the realm of what it should be.

You can mute pings, its in the sound settings.

Learn the game please.

Go play in the GOOD SERVERS where people communicate, its incredibly annoying because you think you know everything I'm guessing while you play. Pinging is NOT annoying. If it is annoying then just stop playing ranked because you don't want to really win. For some reason the lower elo i play in this serve the more people hate pings, wonder why.
