I agree. Team builder was and always will be the best way to warm-up before my ranked games. I especially loved how non-toxic the environment was.
Team builder was when I enjoyed league the most. Imagine a world where you can actually do what you want in a video game. Whoa. Now I queue jungle primary, bot secondary and get bot 75% of the damn time.
I think what they plan to do is turn blind pick into the new team builder.
I think they are going to make it so you que up for it with 1 role, no bans and roll with that.
The problem is you are going to see a lot of stuff that will be really stupid.
You know someone out there is going to try to adc maokai or something.
I liked the old team builder because you could pick your team and get something that felt good.
They did say in a thread that they planned to make a mode like the old team builder though, I dont remember the thread it was in though.

I liked it and disliked it.
As a support main I envy middle and ADCs, because they had to wait ten minutes to get into a Team Builder, whereas I only took two max. I like the new champion select, I wish it was more.. sparing on the few people who do stuff while waiting to ban/lock in, or who are slow at doing mastery.
