Why is it the same champs are cancerous years later and forever?

Oh man stats say I'm really good with top poppy, i'll see if this holds true Hold my own, always ban darius cause ultimate busted whyisheallowedotexistriot? mid and jungle feed fizz mid and he just kills who he wants when he wants and he goes 29/6 ok ok that was just some bad players, i'll try again jungle and mid feed master yi whom and he just dunks on everyone ok this is annoying, why haven't these people been reigned in yet? I'll give it one more go again jungle and mid feed FIZZ AGAIN, he goes 11/1 before we surrender This was last 3 games in a row No, he never came to my lane even once nor ever got one kill off me that 3rd game.

These two have always been good, or flat out just BS with the years that have gone by. I own skins for each of these champs, and have played them obviously quite a few times over NINE YEARS, but I still feel like it's always the same champs, over and over again, that just are allowed to be the dunkmasters that are always going to be scrub rekkers, and it's no longer about skill, it's about who has the more noob players for you to dunk on with a scrub rekking champ. I always been against hyper mobility and have been since the term was even created in terms of league, these two are super snowballing champs that basically both turn into assassins, with fizz being given escapes on a somewhat low cooldown once he has his items. Fizz is a NO RISK, HIGH REWARD champ.

Even if one does well in a game, it's nigh on impossible to deal with these champs if they got fed early, Riot. You said yourselves that snowballing is a problem, here is two champs that have quite honestly always done it well. I been playing since winter 2009, and I'm having trouble trying to think of any time that Yi was ever a bad pick, maybe there was a time he was hella nerfed, heck if I remember. Fizz though was on and off completely busted and you guys just think his kit is completely fair. Kind of getting sick of this hoping your teammates have any modicum of intelligence whatsoever in dealing with these champs yet always end up disappointed every time.
