Katarina is a liddle bit too OP
there is no any reason for a champ to be some kind av an assassin that does dmg to multiple targets. What tha hell? why is that even allowed?

Because she has to set up her damage first with her daggers. If shes killing your entire team, you allowed her to do that. If she botched her engage then she'll be gated by her cooldowns. Don't let her get the reset and you should be fine.
Yeah that's how I realized she's hybrid Battle Mage. Battle Mages are close range and specialize in aoe like Anivia and Karthus, Kat is like them, but she requires more risk and is more mobile, hence hybrid.
