20 min q or play support?

Sometimes i can get in at the 3min mark, but after 1 or 2 wins forget it. It's either fill or support which is really support or support... So what's the longest q you had to wait in to play the position you want? I think i get above 30-40mins since i got impatient and re q.

I mainly play fill and right now other positions are lacking a little. You won't always get support.
