Since reports have become automated at this point, I found out it's possible just to team up with friends and all report 1 person to get them restricted. If it happens enough times it's bound to work right. Seems to me like the punishment system is broken, and riots become to lazy to actually look at an account that has multiple reports. I doubt the tribunal really does anything other than reward ip.

LostFr0st2 votesThe automated system can and will detect troll reports and doing such troll reports will reduce the weight of that person's reports in the future.
Fovere1 votesI could be mistaken but tribunal isnt active atm, and they dropped ip rewards like 4-5 years ago.
And if you believe Riot (I personally do not) the number of reports in a game have no effect on flagging your account for review, or punishment, or whatever.
It certainly used to, and all I've seen is them remove the community self-policing aspect of behavior enforcement and obfuscate how the rest of it works
