New boots enchantment with active!!!

It would be amazing to have a new kind of boot enchantment that had an active like yomumus active, without the attack speed, just the inceased movment for around the same duration. Most adcs could really sure that and many mid lane assasins or jungers could use an enchantment like this. RIOT PLEASE CONSIDER THIS!!!!
