I have difficulty keeping Yasuo shut down in games

I can camp him, deny him farm. Keep his kill count low zone him, force him to play safe, but somehow I still find him getting kills around the 30 minute mark with his late game build of IE + Shiv.

Super tired of people who play yasuo who think their good because their champion is so overloaded that they can use two items the entire game and carry.

What can I do to keep this guy down?

First of all stop thinking he is overloaded:

2 defensive tools? One is totally irrilevant to melees and a good part of ranged skills and it's counterable anyway, the other is rather controllable by the enemy too.
Double crit? well that's his steroid, no true damage, no additional damage in any way.
Armor pen? Bonus armor pen, which means armor from runes/masteries/items and is also bound to hit guys with have been ulted which means he either charged into them or had landed a telegraphed skillshot.
Hyper mobility? Bound to have available enemy, don't try to outrun/kite him between your minions.

As for any other carry, for him to be kept down after laning phase you need some form of teamwork, if he has team mates with knockups give priority to not being stacked and not expose to them priority targets such as squishy mages or marksmen. Remeber that Yasuo can't build lifesteal early in the game so he can't rec hp off minions in a poke war. If some1 can land a hard CC on him you need few focus on him to kill him or force him back. Just remeber that his shield is back if he happens to ulti. He also is vulnerable during his dash and while ulting, you can exploit this to deny his mobility/ult damage.
