If I get the kills, I get harassed for taking kills. If I don't take kills, I get harassed for not having kills.
I can literally be 0/5/30 with 70%+ kill participation and be harassed by my team that I am not doing anything and they will be like "you are 0/5," and I will say what about my assists and kp and they say doesn't mean anything.
TLDR: You get harassed for being a jungle and you get harassed even more for playing a jungle tank.
i feel you, but you just have to know in soloque that some tammates just never understand,

having kills can be ok, but when you take them, always always always look for a fight, that way your allies can also get ahead (because again, its pointless to defend a backline that isn't on par with you). plus, as a tank jungler you should have more assists then kills, being that you aren't like assassin junglers, you rely on locking down the target long enough for a laner to deal fatal damage. therefore anyone harassing you for not having kills is flat out wrong.
