If you going to make surrender box unmovable, you gotta put more changes into it.

For me, surrender popup is the most annoying thing, and when surrender box is on the screen, my attention is constantly switching to it and i make some of my shittiest plays ever. If you really want it to be impossible to move off the screed, please do the following:

1. MAKE IT NOT POP UP IN THE MIDDLE OF TEAMFIGHT AKA NOT WHILE IN FIGHT WITH ENEMY CHAMPIONS! That's simply the worst. When one person on your team dies, instantly writes /ff and you get that annoying box on your screen. This thing definitely cost me at least half of teamfights when happened, probably a couple of games also.

2. Make it hide from your screen when you voted! If one person for some reason doesn't vote, it stays for a whole minute, blocking the much needed vision and just being annoying shit in the sign. Once i voted, only thing i really need to see is yes/no votes of my team, and this thing should be integrated into interface, maybe on the minimap border or something like that.

This change is a single fucking thing what kept me from continuing my ranked climb. Played 2 games, one we did well, second we had a teamfight surrender spam guy and guy that didn't vote until the end. Having this message on my screen is so fucking annoying, i decided i would rather wait until my friends are there, so i can actually enjoy playing without annoying distractions.
