Enemy Mastery Emblems.
It's nice seeing my own team full of 4-5's, but I would like to see how many of the other team has mastered their champion.

Have such knowledge about your enemies can be used to your advantage. Riot does not want to give away this information, similarly to how you cannot see enemy boarders.
They are going to make the rank 5 Emote visible to all players, though, because the player himself could choose whether or not to show it to the enemies (by using the emote or not).
If I were facing a Rank 5 Riven, I'd be extremely careful when laning against her. If it was a rank 1 Riven, I'd probably make some risks.
