Best ADC champion in lol ?
I love Vayne and the way she plays. I am looking for a champion that would deal a lot of damage and fast, I have been looking into Kalista and Jinx and Varus but i couldn't decide so i decided to ask you guys.

are the 4 horsemen of ADCs. All of them are stupid strong right now.

Either way, there are lots of adjustments made to ADCs from patch to patch. Anyone who can ever contest the title of "Best ADC" will get changed. To keep it in perspective, 4 seasons ago

bot lane was the strongest and most hotly contested duo lane in the competitive scene.
Kalista, easy pentas, easy hard carry
Tristana...good early game, can push with passive on her E, rocket jump is great defensively and offensively from team fight resets...strong auto attack speed steroid, insane tower pressure, hyper carry from her passive increase in AA range per level.
jinx > kalista/trist > kog/vayne > everyone else, situational for your team.

Sorry, but you get an upvote for amusing me. I think I can guess what the rest of the description is then, and what you decide to play next, and what you will avoid playing at ALL DAMN costs.
Lucian for sure. Awesome burst dmg at all points of the game, mobility, one of the best passives in the game, almost unrivaled level 2 power spike, great duelist, ult can deal over 2,000 dmg, Q is so so easy to poke with in lane.
Ezreal = best in the game
It's trist.
She has both features an ADC wants at their highest peaks. Huge auto attack damage and huge ability casting damage.
oh and she has insane peel, siege and mobility w/ resets.

The top three (opinion) right now are:
Vayne is a super late game hypercarry, once you get a good build you can pretty much 1v1 anybody with enough skill. Sivir and Jinx are more teamfight oriented, Sivir more so on chasing down single targets and Jinx doing AOE damage.
is very good as well, she has high mobility and good damage. She isn't a crit ADC like Jinx but her damage is really good.
Some others I like are 
for her single target burst and utility.
for her range
I don't have too much experience with 
so I cant say much about him.
