I have enough IP to buy a champ and i was wondering whether to buy rengar (jungle) or quinn (top), I am looking for a champ that can carry games I like both top and jungle. or ?? Helppppp :p

Well I love Quin and she is very fun

and I hate Rengar with all my existence

Depends, are you evil by nature, do you want to make your top lane opponents cry? If so then go Quinn. Quinn is a lane bully.
