I've heard RageBlade was being nerfed and I was just thinking Riot could instead of nerfing (please not too much ;-;) just up the price so its more difficult to get?

And for Brand, I'm BEGGING YOU RIOT, please don't change his second or first ability I absolutely love the ground stun combo ;-; pls

Rageblade isn't so much being nerfed as it is reworked. The new rage passive, when fully stacked, will give the same effect as devourer does now.

Brand's abilities and combos are being left unchanged. Damage took a hit to make room for his explosive new passive.
