You are, but once you will learn to let others carry you or at least not to be an abuse for them, you will became better in some sense. Not being an abuse and letting other carry you is also something many players need to learn.

Just because your gold 5 doesn't mean you have to end game with 20-0 and be faker.

Things happen like you get camped/in a rough matchup/your other lanes lose etc.

Having a shit game doesn't make you bad. Pros have shit games all the time. Whether you have them consistently or not would better inform whether you're bad or not, so I wouldn't dwell on having a game that bad. Make sure you take a break after it though, especially in ranked, because a game like that would make most people tilt for sure, and you don't want to play ranked while tilted, trust me.
