Then guess what I contacted live support and they said that my honor is slowed down rn cuz I flamed my team in March also i'm super possitive rn but it's just bs also come on I didn't flame my team hard riot

Even if you're not getting punished for poor behavior you're still showing enough poor behavior to not progress in Honor levels. If you want to climb in Honor ranks (and avoid being punished for poor behavior) then don't do or say things that you know will just tick other people off.

Fun fact: It takes less time making a new account and get to lvl 30 than it takes to get honor.

There's no such thing as "soft" or "hard" flaming or any other kind of flamings. It's simply called flaming. And you should never flame. In general. Ever.
