Why not a karma level like Vainglory? Simple, yet effective.

You leave a game, your karma goes down and you play with relative karma levels, if you get reported (and gets reviewed) you lose karma, the only way to gain karma is to play games and refrain from flaming in game. I know there should be more to it, but does anyone thing riot is overthinking this? I mean I dc'd because riots firewall and was forced to type "I agree" for something that was no fault of mine.. maybe change the punishment system?

Any ideas are helpful ones..

I love the idea of Karma. Would make the Honor System have greater importance.

And imagine how much work it would take for a troll to actually get to a greater Karma. They would have to play with other trolls and likely win.

All I can tell you is that the "I Agree" thing was just a notification, nothing more. Everybody will get it the first time after they implemented the Leaver Buster system; it's only there to inform you that the system exists. If you aren't a habitual leaver, don't worry about it.

It could even be on the summoner profile for other people where the win of the day would be if you looked at your own with a little Karma face for the icon.

Also surprised there hasn't been any Karma mentions for this before now. C'mon guys.

Joking aside though, I do like the idea.

It would also reward competitive behaviour in ranked, because good players are more likely to get honoured than players who only get carried all the time.

The issue with systems like this (most well known one is prisoners island) is that it does nothing to actually get trolls to be better people. All it does is force toxic assholes to play with other toxic assholes and become more toxic. On top of this, people who happen to go through a period of rough internet (or riot servers decide that you don't get to connect), you're now stuck (probably permanently) with the toxic assholes. After a while, these people will decide a new, neutral karma account is more worthwhile than this account, which means new players have it even worse.
