is there anything bieng done about trolls in champ select?

Just had to dodge twice in a row due to children and yes they are children that spam ejhfoiwpkefwnj all througout and pick a zilean top. Its really beginning to become frustrating. The report system has a hard time banning people so these little shits go around thinking that nothing will happen if they troll. The game i love to play also brings me anger and headaches smh.
