How do I equip chromo packs in thew new champ select.

Hi everyone. Ok so in the new champ select, I cant seem to equip my chromo packs. When I hover over the skins or non skins that have chromo packs on them the little squares that used to be there have disappeared. Is there a way to equip your chromos?

it is bugged and you can't equip chromas or change wards mid champion select
