your restricted from ranked because you probable were excessively toxic towards your teammates. Course it doesn't stop you from being toxic and may make you more toxic but least it keeps you from ruining ranked games with your attitude. Be lucky it isn't a 2 week ban or something
You have 21 ranked games played why are you even complaining about people, improve yourself - don't complain about others. Words to live by right there.
Take a break go aoutside do something else. Sometimes coming back after a break helps you to calm down and not get so upset.
