is league sopposed to make me shake this much? where did the fun go?

just got out of a game where i had to legit play for 3 other people.

they were incapable of playing the game themselves so i had to type everything out and then when they suicided anyway i had to go in and play for them.

i couldn't make a single mistake or we lost the game.

is league sopposed to leave me with frustration or satisfaction? because i sure as hell am not satisfied about being deceived by the 5v5 matchmaking.
