our jungler got first blood, but dc'd and never came back, couldn't remake, feelsbadman.

Ya it should be any time someone is DC for more then 3m you can remake and they take the RP hit.
Would fix so much problems.
If you cant stay connected then DONT play ranked.
That would be abused. One person could just take it for the team at 17 minutes, dc on purpose, and only he gets the lp loss when the entire team would have
