technically it wasn't just tank veigar, (there was also a jinx) and your E is longer than his so you should be capable of initiating onto him and be capable of kiting/poking him very easily. additionally his Q and R wasn't enough to get through you so you would be able to out range him after his hard engage, and he wont be hitting you with E or W any time soon.

its fucking aram. come back when this becomes a problem in serious game modes.

Maybe, you know, you guys should dodged his abilities so he didn't get 450 (!) stacks in 22 (!!) minutes. That is insane.
