I was watching this video for some reason (i forgot how i got there) and saw he had an ability that made enemies lose HP after a little while. Why did they change this to League of Draven? I think that passive is really strong, especially considering his Q can be stacked.
They changed it because it gave draven way too much power early game. His passive proc'd anytime he hit a crit, or hit with his spinning axes, and the bleed damage just gave what was essentially the heaviest hitting adc more damage for free.

He had an absurdly strong laning phase and a fairly weak late game. They wanted to smooth out his power curve.
