Why do people play warwick so much now?
I still think he's dog shit, the only thing he is good at is lifestealing and his ult.

He's not dog shit. >.> He's actually better than the average with 51% win rate.
Warwick isn't hard mechanically, making him a good pick for anyone who isn't very good mechanically but excels at objective control, map awareness and other strategic gameplay.

cuz there are 132 champs and 100 million players all champs get played based on what champs people like
Because he will be reworked into a new champion after some months. Play him while you can.
