Can anybody who's diamond + and actually plays draven... or atleast understands his concept. "Learn" me why riot wants dravens passive is almost useless... but they buff his Q

It's not useless.
It means you snowball harder than any other champion because you get more gold from kills.
His release passive bleed was OP though lol you could two shot anyone with a Q at level one back then lol
Useless? if you get a kill and fbtower you get litterally 2k gold. do you know what 2k extra gold means for an adc?
yeah let's make him more feast or famine instead of actually make him a decent ADC
Draven's Passive is underwhelming to put more power in the rest of his kit. Plus, his passive is a kind of passive you don't buff because he is underpowered. A gold income passive can really screw with how mandatory someone is, as seen with GP. It's better to buff something that won't cause problems when not at the EXACT RIGHT amount.
Basically, it's so we don't have the second coming of pre-nerfs GP in Marksman form.
I used to play him all the time.
It's really easy to get stacks and the passive mechanic both paints a target on Draven's back and helps him snowball. This is especially true because you can normally get about ~100 stacks in 5 minutes. That's 250 extra gold if you get a kill at 5 minutes.
Do you know how huge it is to come back to lane with 550 gold on your opponent? That's 10 AD and 4 pots, if you're being conservative. It's also makes you go from coming back to lane with a Pickaxe to showing up with a BF Sword.
600k + in draven 401# best draven world. Now u cant tell me that i dont play him. his PASSIVE is actually what makes him so good becouse u can have full build at 23~ minute if u use it to the full potential. I normally get 150 stacks around 5:20 so if i kill their adc or supp its bassicly a double kill. Dont try to counter this becouse u will just get more downvotes

I don't have to play Draven to know that for certain ADCs his early game is oppressive and that as soon as he gets his first kill his passive pretty much makes it so he's won the lane, and considering this meta, the game as well. Stop pretending you have some kind of hidden deep knowledge that nobody else does that makes saying Draven's passive is useless true.
