RIOT EMPLOYEE please help

I've been playing since somewhere around end of s1 start of s2. i enjoy this game, but there is a big problem with the new champ(bard) his passive brakes support items. I've posted in Report a Bug but I wanted to make sure someone sees it. This is ruining his game play; a support who can't build support items will never be playable. If there is anything else I can do to ensure this gets fixed please let me know.
