RIOT PLEASE READ [GAMEPLAY] bard passive brakes support items

Riot Please help,

I've played a couple of games as bard. His passive stops 'Spellthief's Edge' support item's gold passive. To clarify when bards passive is on cool down you can't get the gold from auto attacking/ spells on champs or towers. I will try after I'm done work (8-9 hours after post time) on PBE but on live bards passive makes 'Spellthief's Edge' useable on bard.

This is on NA and was tested on patch 5.5 on March 24th 2015
