Irelia is a Master Yi with a stun and a Slow. Yi with Stun and slow!!! You build like a Yi and tada, brokelia!!!!

Many players play Irelia Top, but, she is better in jungle with af ull devour and damage crits lifesteal cdr Rage blade and some tankyness,
