Bans shouldn't exist

I seriously hate the ban method, it is like stealing the best toy of a kid Disgusting. It is hard to get a perma ban? Of crouse not. f you start raging in chat instead of yelling in your house like an imbecile, you'll be banned :D simple. First, you get a message from Riot Tribunal then, every other games you will do in the futur you will get this message nonstop,. In other words, you get reported after every game even if you don't say a word in chat. Banning is cruel, a video game shouldn't get a banning system. I don't know why they are doing this. The guy who is toxic will create a new account and being a toxic player again then again nonstop. Because, once they get banned, they start hating Riot and stop playing this game for a short time then they come back to it and rage again or not. Most of the times, we don't rage. We only rage when someone is saying BS in all chat and the worst is, sometimes the whole team agree on that. In other words, it is called supporting the REAL toxic player which is dumb. If you play a game like Halo Reach On Xbox 360 and you do some matchmaking then you keep leaving games. The online matchmaking will be locked for ONE hour that's all nothing big and annoying. A video game is a video game and the creators have to respect everyone which is not the case with Rioters. I'm fighting on purpose to bring back 1.5k$ My account and I won't stop until they bring it back to a normal state. We all play like normal gamers, but this game isn't an exception at all. It as to respect players activity's like in every other games. And I am not the only one complaining about that and sometimes, I'm wondering why some people are trying to hack League Of Legends, they want revenge on what they have suffered, the number of money they lost. Right now, I'm playing on this smurf until they bring back my account, and I strongly believe this will happen someday. In extreme condition, will spam those messages 2 times every day until they bring back my account and if they ban this account for no reasons, I will continue by making a new one then a new one even if it takes 10 years. wHY? bECAUSE 1.5K$ IS a lot of money y'know.

Here is what I found in the terms and use. This is really offensive so if you don't want to read, don't.

E. Suspension/Termination.

  1. By Riot Games. RIOT GAMES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUSPEND, TERMINATE, MODIFY OR DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON OR NO REASON, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU, AND WITH NO LIABILITY OF ANY KIND TO YOU.

Why is your happiness more important than someone else's?

The rules Riot lays down to be followed are easily obeyed. If you obey them, you get to keep your "toy." That works pretty much the same way everywhere.

Those who are banned have done it to themselves. I can't feel sorry for someone when that happens.

Bans shouldn't exist, but bad sportsmanship is the reason they do.

I mean, prisons shouldn't exist, but people commit crimes so we need them.

The rule you posted pretty much sums up this thread. Riot can take your account away from you if you don't follow their rules, which you agree to each and every time a new patch is launched.

You broke the rules and following Riot's rules they can now suspend your account. Regardless of how much money you spent (you pay for a service, not an item).

Your conquest of getting your main back is blown my friend, they won't unban someone as toxic as you. Permanent ban means permanent, never-ending, forever. Drop the act and move on by being a better player on your smurf (not talking about mechanics).

I made up my mind. I don't care anymore about getting back my account or whatever it is. Since I'm playing on my smurf account, I just play and yes sometimes I rage but not as much as I did with my other accounts. Indeed, chat is for troll and it serve to bait the negativity ingame. And so I decide to ignore everyone and just playing like if it was a video game not online. Sorry for making all this trouble but I have no remorse and no regrets neither. Thank you Riot for replying all my messages on my Email adresse. But I don't care anymore. I only play with friends and I don't care about the rest.

Just my opinion.

Ban hammer wasn't originally intended to be used. Its presence serves to make sure players don't break the rules. If players proceed onto breaking the rules regardless, then they have to expect to be smacked.

On a side note, I'm surprised riot is lenient enough to give out warnings. You do have the freedom to do w/e you want; you simply have to accept the consequences of your actions after.
