Something y'all don't realize
Yes, yes, ADC are a little strong right now, and support itemization does it's part to increase that BUT let's not forget what pushed them to the edge in the first place:
The constant nerf to vision control, jungle exp and junglers in general!
Why you may ask?
There is simply noone threatening in lane anymore to delay their powerspike.
Since everyone has access to wards, the freaking jungler has to wait until level 9 to grab
, to be able to reliable gank the duo lane.
By that, the adc has most likley already a BF sword, boots and a zeal or maybe even a completed item.
Jungle exp. You are never ever really going to outlevel the adc, unless you're stomping (maybe in 2 out of 10 games), despite you having a solo lane and solo exp. The "lategame carry" having the same level as you, having access to more resources than you and having the benefit of being ranged, what could be wrong? Go figure.
While I get that it's annoying to be doven by Elise, Hecarim and the likes, I assure you, it's just them doing their fucking job, delaying your powerspike that comes eventually as far as they can to make sure their carry gets it first. It's all just a byproduct of you adcs being strong in the first place that there are 4 man dives bottom, and now with almost the entire diver subclass being nerfed, you are at a state where the jungler for sure offers cc to set up the dive, but has no damage to back it up, while you have higher chances to survive due to having an enchanter staying by your side.
So, in conclusion, I do think that adcs are overtuned, yes, but at the same time, the ones who can keep them in check are underwhelming.
Do something in regards to Oracles Alteration, make it purchaseable once you have one of these
.
Do something with jungle exp so that a solo lane can outlevel a duo lane, it's pathetic.
And most importantly: Make divers viable, I hate that the jungle roster right now consists of Tanks+J4+Elise, and all buy freaking support items.
Anyways, have a nice weekend, all of you and gl with what you're going to do :)
