Ever since 5.23 
has been unstoppable with the heals. Anytime someone jumps on me I can just throw my E and let my adc tear them down real quick. It's too easy. Any tips on how to play against this as I've found success using her i'd like to know how to not get wrecked by her when the time comes. Windspeakers Blessing is too much

I got to Gold this season just playing Soraka and Sona, but once you get to gold+ the enemy assassins will start to know how to focus you. As long as you can keep good positioning with the rest of your team, you'll be okay, but Rengar/Talon/Yasuo/Jax/Katarina/etc will always be able to get to you.
She doesn't need to be nerfed, but teams need to realize that "focus the support" is a very real and valid strategy when facing against a soraka who will impart 5000+ HP to her teammates in a 5v5 battle.
I've beaten Soraka as Karma, Braum, Zilean, Bard, and Leona.
As someone who used to play Soraka a lot when I first started playing last month (not so much now because I got tired of crappy players making suicide runs and then blaming me for not healing them,) I can assure you that she's not OP. Any two players in combination against one with Soraka healing the solo player is doomed. She cannot offset that kind of damage with heals of any kind. And as far as damage, ha. Forget it. If you want to DPS with Soraka, you're playing wrong.

Soraka is OP at all tiers. Hence is why she has a 53.73% banrate at Plat+ and 57.6% banrate overall.
She is going to be nerfed into the ground. The first set of nerfs on PBE are likely to come through. There will likely be a second set of nerfs to deal with Warmog Soraka. And it wouldn't surprise me if another set of nerfs followed up sometime after or before that when they realize their first set of nerfs didn't fix any of her problems.
