Every Lane Feeds But Mine

So I've been stuck solo que at Gold 2, qualified several times for Gold 1. Problem is, EVERY. OTHER. LANE. FEEDS. HARD. This isn't an exaggeration, and I'm not saying I'm the greatest at the game. But, every match I've played at this level, end of lane phase it's an uphill battle. I've play every lane, and jungle as well trying to find out a way to counter what is this "global suck", but I'm at a lost. If I go mid, I have jungler and support ganking after they've pushed down the other turrets literally in the first 10 minutes. If I go support, the AD throws themself at the enemy over and over again and I can't save them no matter who I play. If I'm AD, the goddamn support does the same thing. If I go jungle then I'm spending more time running in between lanes just trying to prevent the inevitable fallout, while their jungle is free to farm and pull ahead, so even after helping every lane apparently that's not considered enough. The most laughable one is top, where I typically win the lane hard enough that the enemy is just plain old fashioned pushed out of the game and can't do anything. But the rest of the map has fed so hard that it makes my win completely mute. If the game is rendered into a 4v5 through my actions alone, and we still lose simply because of how overwhelmingly poor the rest of the team has performed, then what am I supposed to do? Being a team game, I try to help my team, and that's how I've gotten as far as I have, but at this point it's too much. Why am I forced to haul 4 guys back into the game after they get decimated, every. Single. Game. So, what do League?
