Will Rengar ever be allowed to Q turrets again?

This is primarily directed toward any Riot employee who might be able to answer this, but input from other players is welcome as well. When Riot decided to remove Rengar's ability to Q towers it was because he was able to simply push down towers without any way to really stop him. His invisibility prevented anyone from seeing him coming and his burst damage simply outweighed what the tower could do to him. The towers have since changed, though, and his invisibility works differently so he can't just waltz past everyone and keep wailing on towers. Is it unreasonable for him to be able to Q towers again? As it stands it just feels that even if you've done very well and pulled ahead, you're stuck far longer than you should be when it comes to eliminating towers.
