I had to back 9 times vs. an Aery Pantheon

Doran's shield, refillable were nowhere near enough to sustain. The guy had Aery and Scorch. There was literally no way and even after not feeding, he obviously got a cs advantage since I spent more time running to lane than being in lane. Oh and I had Tank runes on a tank... He eventually just dove me twice and it was game over from there. My allies were all winning really hard but because I was literally 4 levels lower than panth from "trying" not to feed him, but it didn't matter because he inevitably got both my top turrets. Virtually no help from jungle or mid as well meant that he was able to roam and destroy the rest of the team. And keep in mind that for the first 20 minutes of the game I only died twice and both times were dives.

So tell me, inevitable downvoters, how I was supposed to deal with this other than "git gud." I mean really. Don't say stack armor or health either because with what little gold I had, I managed 230 armor and 2k hp which didn't matter at all because he had a black cleaver and 2 lethality items.

EDIT: Specifically, was on J4 with Grasp, Conditioning, Demolish, Revitalize, Legend: Tenacity, and Coup de Grace. Yes, I know J4 is mediocre in the matchup but I can't think of a single champ that I personally would've succeeded on against this. I was 1/4th hp at level 1 from 3 spears...

I think the strategy here is to give up early farm but stay in range of exp, then farm what you can under the tower. If he doesn't establish a level lead on you in the first few levels, you'll be able to survive his jump and pop him up when he dives you under the tower. The key is not to take early poke, even if it means missing early CS.

Only 2 things I do at that point, either roam to a fed lane and try to get some assist or kills or do a desperation fight before he completes a item. DK if it wouldhv helped in your case. Mostly I just leave that lane and try to even out turret trade.

Lol everyone knows pantheon is this type of bullshit and it's ok. However, what do you suggest we do then? You're right, you can't deal with it. So what do you suggest we do about it? Your thread is kinda pointless.

That's an execution issue then. Doing that strategy, assuming similar skill between the two of you, you should have been maybe 1 or 2 levels behind, not 4.
