Yasuo's Glitched Auto Attacks.

Alright, so I do not know if it is just me, but I have noticed a glitch with yasuo and his auto attacks. At first it was very rare but now it happens every game and multiple times. Anytime I ult my auto attacks become glitched when I come out of my ult. Yasuo will go into auto attack range on an enemy champion and then just sit there and do nothing. Sometimes the statikk shiv will even proc but no auto attack was done and no damage besides the statikk shiv will do damage to the enemy champion. This is not limited to his ult. This same glitch can also occur after using Yasuo's e ability or dash. Sometimes even his q does not do damage even if you clearly see the animation of his q going right through the middle of an enemy champion.
