Remakes in Normals

Can we at least get half ip or something if the enemy team remakes in normal draft? It is so frustrating when you wait 3 minutes to get into a lobby, 5 minutes for draft, and 3 minutes for loading screen, just to have the enemy team /remake 3 minutes in. That is about 10 minutes wasted and you literally get nothing. In ranked you get half LP, in normal draft you should get half ip at least for all that time wasted. No flame thank you
